  Cherry Blossom

  INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 oz Monin Elderflower Syrup
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • 3 dropperfuls (3-4mL) All The Bitter New Orleans
  • 6 oz Prima Pavé Rosé Brut
  • Amarena cherry

  STEP 1: In rocks glass add elderflower syrup, sparkling water and All the Bitter New Orleans 

  STEP 2: Stir

  STEP 3: Top with 6 oz Prima Pavé Rosé Brut

  STEP 4: Garnish with Amarena cherry

  Cashmere Coupe

  INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 oz Prima Pavé Rosé Dolce
  • 2 oz Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea cooled to room temperature
  • 3-4 dropperfuls (3-4mL) All The Bitter Aromatic
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Slice of fresh orange

  STEP 1: Add cooled cinnamon tea, All The Bitter Aromatic and orange juice to shaker with three ice cubes and shake well

  STEP 2: Strain into coupe glass

  STEP 3: Top with Prima Pavé Rosé Dolce

  STEP 4: Garnish with fresh orange slice

  INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 oz Prima Pavé Rosé Brut
  • 3/4 oz Monin Rose syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz (splash) of ginger ale
  • Twist of lemon

  STEP 1: Shake Monin Rose syrup with lemon juice and pour into cocktail glass

  STEP 2: Add Prima Pavé Rosé Brut

  STEP 3: Top with a splash of your favorite ginger ale

  STEP 4: Add a twist of lemon and enjoy!
