INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs
- 1 oz D’arbo Elderflower Syrup
- 1 oz San Pellegrino sparkling water
- Mint
STEP 1: Muddle fresh mint at the bottle of the glass
STEP 2: Add ice
STEP 3: Add 1 ounce D’arbo Elderflower Syrup
STEP 4: Add 2 ounces part chilled Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs
STEP 5: Top with 2 ounces San Pellegrino sparkling water
STEP 6: Add fresh mint leaves on top
